At Unicorn Gadget, we provide a 6-month limited warranty on select products under our internal Category 1914 classification.

This warranty is designed to confirm product integrity at the time of delivery only, and is subject to strict verification protocols.


⚠️ Warranty Claim Requirements (Category 1914)

To submit a warranty request, all of the following conditions must be fully met:

  1. A clear, unedited unboxing video from the moment the sealed package is opened.

  2. The issue must be visible on video at the time of unboxing.

  3. Product must remain unused, unpaired, uncharged, and untampered during the recording.

  4. Claim must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.

  5. All original packaging, protective layers, and labels must be intact and shown in the video.

  6. You must email help@unicorngadget.com with the order ID, delivery timestamp, and unboxing footage for review.


❌ Warranty Will Be Rejected If:

  • The product has been turned on, used, or interacted with in any way

  • No unboxing video is provided, or the video is cut, blurry, or incomplete

  • The issue is reported after 24 hours of delivery

  • Product is affected by moisture, charging, drops, user handling, or environmental exposure

  • Any external damage, wear, or performance issue appears after usage


This policy exists to ensure fair quality assurance and protect against misuse.
